Cotswold stud is the home of beautiful Donkeys and Shetland ponies and was established in 1967 with the breeding small ponies and a few saddle horses. It has always been our aim to breed quality stock with great movement, correct conformation and temperament — useful animals in many disciplines. Over the years we have imported over 20 Shetland ponies and Donkeys from Australia to introduce new bloodlines and help create a good gene pool for our future breeders. We are very proud of the stock we have bred and shown. Our beautiful animals have won many supreme championships over the years and we now have much pleasure in seeing these bloodlines being utilised in other studs and shown with much success around the country. Sales page has new donkey and Shetland Pony foals and a new Shetland gelding listed.
